This location made my day by offering me free sandwiches at closing for leftovers after a long hectic day of travel with 2 handicapped family members. It was so much appreciated!

DO NOT LISTEN TO THE OTHER REVIEWS this is aAbsolutely fantastic Chick-fil-A, I would definitely come back here again. The food is SUPER cheap for airport food, only 9 dollars for a chickfila sandwich meal????? And the quality of the food was great and they gave me SOOO much sauce. Please eat here much better than everywhere else in the airport

A great way to start or end the journey in Memphis International Airport. The airport has a limited number of eating establishments, a few vending areas, 2 coffee options, and this Chick-fil-A. This is, I think, the only fast food type option in the entire complex. It is a smaller store located in the open area between gates 8 and 9 where the concourse takes a turn. Their menu has all the usual items from a full store like their sandwiches and drinks. When I went there, there was a line to order but it went pretty quickly. Orders are taken at the left side of the counter where you pay for your order. People wait for their food on the right side. Drinks orders were filled by an individual CFA staff so you will probably get your drinks first while waiting for your food. I ordered a breakfast burrito. The staff member who took my order was very pleasant and professional. The price was extremely reasonable with the burrito and drink costing me under $8. The food came out within 5 minutes and they called my name to come pick up my food. It was as good as any restaurant I have visited. Overall, it was a pleasant experience that I would recommend for anyone wanting a good meal, quickly at a great price at the Memphis airport.

The lady at the counter were absolutely amazing this am. It's 0800 and she came off like she actually wanted to be at work. She was friendly and had a personality. Some folks act like robots and the interactions are minimal at best. Order came about 5-8mins after I ordered. This location is not like a normal Chick-fil-A location. If you expect the same time line as the drive thru, you're setting yourself up. The staff count isn't the same therefore those in the back cooking ai t the same.

Great service, and even with alot of guests present, we received our order quickly.

Attended this chick fil an around 9 o’clock am 5 days before Christmas and the service was exceptional! The girl who was handing out the orders was especially sweet and kind to me and everyone else. I don’t think I have ever experienced nice restaurant working staff at the airport before
